I feel it is time that we start questioning what position Elton John really takes on gay rights, let alone ethics. It would seem that every time he gets out of the limelight he does yet another controversial anti-gay thing.

Now he played music for Rush Limbaugh's marriage. A man known well for his homophobic statements. I'm sure Elton John is going to say he "didn't know about Rush Limbaugh" but please, everyone knows Rush. I am sure a few of Elton's buddies would of pointed this out. The absolute lunacy of this is far from something that can be ignored.

Rush Limbaugh's hate rants against LGBT people include statements like

“…let’s say we discover the gene that says the kid’s gonna be gay. How many parents, if they knew before the kid was gonna be born, [that he] was gonna be gay, they would take the pregnancy to term? Well, you don’t know but let’s say half of them said, “Oh, no, I don’t wanna do that to a kid.” [Then the] gay community finds out about this. The gay community would do the fastest 180 and become pro-life faster than anybody you’ve ever seen. … They’d be so against abortion if it was discovered that you could abort what you knew were gonna be gay babies.” ~Rush Limbaugh

So not only is he contradicting his anti-abortion stance... He is saying it isn't okay to abort your child, but only if you know your child is going to be straight. Here also is Limbaugh's anti gay marriage statement.

But there is more! Not only is this Rush Limbaugh's stance, this appears to be Elton John's stance and I quote.

“We're not married. Let's get that right. We have a civil partnership. What is wrong with Proposition 8 is that they went for marriage. Marriage is going to put a lot of people off, the word marriage...I don't want to be married. I'm very happy with a civil partnership. If gay people want to get married, or get together, they should have a civil partnership. The word "marriage," I think, puts a lot of people off. You get the same equal rights that we do when we have a civil partnership. Heterosexual people get married. We can have civil partnerships.” ~Elton John

A quote then later used by right wing websites like protectmarriage.c*m and other various anti-gay organizations as a means to attack LGBT Americans. Later of course on Access Holywood May 26 2009, during the Prop 8 court ruling, in which upheld proposition 8. Elton seemed shocked as to why it was upheld, in such a "Progressive State." Yeah THANKS ALOT ELTON, NOW you get the picture? After your words were used to degrade us? and ultimately SWAY voters to vote for Proposition Hate? Is Elton serious about gay rights? or is he just aiming for publicity and the good old $? Where are your ethics Elton? I hope you say something to make it up to the LGBT community that you are suppose to be defending, not alienating.

Civil Partnership? Maybe you like being in one and being treated differently under the law, but most of us in the US know our history, and know it is FAR from equal. Rush Limbaugh? Maybe you think he's funny? or maybe you just needed the cash? But he is a raving mad man, a big bag of hate and you just supported him.

HB.73 NOW SIGNED INTO LAW

New Hampshire has now become the 6th State to officially legalize Same Sex Marriage. In an astonishing 198-176 house vote the bill immediately left for Governor Lynch where he signed the bill making New Hampshire a part of the Same Sex Marriage Alliance of States! ( my special term for it hehe ) Welcome New Hampshire residents to freedom to marry the consenting adult you wish! We from Vermont are proud of you all who made it happen.

On a personal note I am very surprised with this, as I have always thought New Hampshire to be very conservative State, but it looks like the damage to the republican party has given us some breathing room from the oppression, lets not stop the fight everyone! Granite State's Day of Decision

On June 3rd VTFreeToMarry ( a crucial organization for passing same sex marriage in Vermont ) is helping to organize a rally in Concord, New Hampshire on June 3rd from 9AM to 12PM EST. ( Address Information Below )

The rally will be for the support of Same Sex Marriage Bill HB 73, the state legislature will be making a final vote to the proposed changes to the bill by Governor Lynch, after which ( if it passes ) will then go back to Governor Lynch with or without changes to the bill, where he has stated that he will sign the bill if it meets his criteria.

But opposition has been promoting hate and lies, whether it be through televised commercials with claims of bribery, or protests and door to door slander of the LGBT community. So we need every able body to counter the opposition. Come to the state house plaza and bring your friends, family and anyone who wishes to come! Every person will count ( in or out of state ), this is a peaceful rally, please show your support for HB. 73 to the New Hampshire State legislature.

When Injustice is Upheld

When injustice is upheld the human race as a whole loses. When injustice is upheld the religious driven movement of a public majority gains strength to oppress further human dignities, rights and basic freedoms.

As we have known it through history... popular belief is not always the correct belief. Where civilizations have fallen to popular belief, others thrive on such popularity and the discrimination and torture of a minority is all but imminent.

Thanks to the judges of California, this radical shift in the constitution could permanently damage the constitution not only as a state, but possibly infect the righteousness of the constitution nation wide. This virus that has consumed the very heart of what it means to be free, needs to be eradicated or all shall fall to the terror that it will froth.

Is it right to take this back to the ballot? Why should we face and fight for continued discrimination? When our opposition uses the media as a blunt instrument to demonize who we are, too do nothing but lie. When we fall to the majority, will our rights ever be safe? After all, should our rights not be protected from ballot initiatives? Fighting for another ballot initiative, wise or foolish? You decide~

Maine Legalizes Same Sex Marriage!

Yay another wonderful day, the Governor of Maine has now signed marriage equality for same sex couples! Maine is now the 5th state to legalize same sex marriage and is now the 1st state to legalize same sex marriage through legislation without having to override the Governor.

Surely this is a wonderful day for the United States, the world and for all Terran kind. I hope to see more liberation of the discrimination in the upcoming months! Lets slay the beast, Proposition 8 and put an end to the hatred once and for all! <3

Same Sex Marriage Vermont SUCCESS

I am so happy after so much opposition and harassment from those against S.115. It has now come! Today at about 10:30PM the bill became law after overriding the Governor's veto. Vermont is the FIRST state to legalize same sex marriage VIA legislation! This gives hope for California, this gives hope for all the other states fighting for marriage equality.

This also gives us all hope to strike down DOMA, the fight has just begone but we are gaining momentum at such a fast rate. Thank you Iowa, thank you Sweden, you may have helped us to get our marriage in Vermont! This is such a historic moment for our world, for LGBT citizens everywhere!

I am also pleased to announce that Vermont is the FIRST state to successfully pass same sex marriage legislation and override a governors veto. It is amazing how far we have come in 9 years, even though I was too young to understand politics to this degree... I am so happy and this gives me so much hope and happiness for the future of the United States!

THANKS TO THE HOUSE OF REPS, THE SENATE, AND MOST OF ALL VTFREETOMARRY YOU MADE IT POSSIBLE, I LOVE YOU ALL ^.^

Governor or Dicator? S.115 Vetoed

Dictator to harsh of a statement? Who can respect this man for vetoing my marriage, our marriages, our children's, friend's, and relatives marriages? He has absolutely no right to do this and I think there should be a law passed preventing Governors from vetoing civil rights legislation.

At the very least the Governor is consistent with cowardly acts. He claims he is for the State of Vermont, yet ignores a minority of people within it and ignores an overwhelming majority of support for the states senate bill 115. The bill was supported 26 to 4 and 97 to 53 ( predicted overall house count ). The very fact that he can ignore this, and completely ignore all the issues revolved around it.

I did not once see a press conference, a statement after the Governors so called announcement to veto the bill and it is unlikely that we will see any now that he has done it also. The Governor has an uncanny cowardice for avoiding the public when it comes to the real issues, especially issues he causes. I have written him 10 emails and some letters, within a year and a half, and have I received a single letter? a single email? NO, clearly he cares more about his personal belief than the welfare of other human beings. Clearly he doesn't give single thought as to the other opinions of Vermonters.

It is also important to note that I am pretty positive that he did not once involve himself in the issues underlining this bill. More as he saw something he didn't like, he stuck to his dislike and ignored the facts presented to him.

Jim Douglas is not a Governor, he is a dictator.

Vermont House of Representatives S.115 Approved!

Thursday Bill Approved 95-52: On Thursday the house of representatives heard many testimonies from other representatives. Same Sex Marriage proposers sat and watched as many members of the house spoke for and against S.115. You can view the entire debate video at the Burlington free press. ( Click here )

Representatives for the bill gave emotional speeches, some were brought to tears, others paused in the pain and more tears as well as lost for words. I too found myself weeping to the heart breaking stories. I cannot see anyone who could not feel the pain we feel everyday, the discrimination, the reason why we wish to get married and why it is the right thing to do.

As for the opposition, for the most part it was pretty much the same as you'd expect. The repeated "Marriage is traditionally between a man and a woman." One representative was honest about his decision who opposed the bill, that it was based on religious grounds, which despite my disagreement, it seemed that he honestly wanted to vote for the bill. However, I appreciate that he was honest and not hiding behind slogans like other's who opposed the bill did.

Votes came in heavily for the bill, 95 to 52, with absent members of the house. Representatives gave reasons for their decisions, I am also proud to announce that my home town's representative voted YES for the bill!

Friday Bill Approved 94-52: The vote did not decrease, various representatives were not available. One representative who was not there on Thursday showed up to vote yes for the bill. I estimate the total house of representatives for the bill is 97-53. Nevertheless, this means our fight needs to be taken to Governor Douglas and his plans on vetoing the bill.

A few members of the house who opposed the bill, already have come out and said they will vote to veto the Governor's veto, should he veto it.

Governor Douglas claims he will Veto S.115!

What I have feared has come, in a preemptive strike against the same sex marriage bill of Vermont S.115... The Governor has announced that he will veto the bill. His excuse for announcing so early, is he hopes it will reduce phone calls, letters and emails that have bogged down his office. But it is clear his intention was not this, but a means to announce his position in order to sway Representatives to vote against S.115.

This is the kind of tactic I'd expect from a politician who clearly is not really concerned about the economy as he claimed in the video, our rights for marriage are NOT a "distraction" for us, it means absolutely everything. As the Governor said in his statement, he does not want the legislature distracted by the same sex marriage bill, yet his claims to veto the bill will do just that, and will lead to further "distractions" as the state legislature will attempt to override his veto.

His personal views clearly do reflect his religion, and I'd really appreciate it that the Governor stops trying to dictate his way through this marriage bill, he is but one man and the support for this bill is great. I really hope the Governor changes his mind, religion should play no role in legal politics.

20 Senators as well as 100 representatives are required to veto a Governor's veto.

LittleHomophobe: With a name like mockingyouingeneral one could only come to the conclusion that the person who is mocking me, is the person who is defending the status quot. Below is the video, a little more reasonable than most homophobic videos I have seen, but that doesn't mean it's not insulting.

Insulting? Yes, being compared to fruit is always a fun way to go, but I'm no orange, and certainly she hasn't been eating any apples. Nevertheless, we meet our old friend the lion, who has frothed and roared it's way into power. What is this lion? Well the Right Wing of course, a broken if not misguided Wing terrorizing people for being different.

mockingyouingeneral has shown me that she follows the stereotypes, misinformation and the regular disgruntled homophobic James Dobson lies I would expect from one opposing same sex marriage. So let's quote her responses to me and others~

"Gays will contaminate (your word) marriage only to the extent that it expands its' meaning to cover a more broad spectrum, leaving the term diluted for heterosexuals, and open to other perverts like pedophiles...and people who want to marry their house pets."

Before I go into this, just note that two consenting adults of the same sex, who want to get married to each other, is not abusive or in any manner or form lacking "consent" where as stated below would be...

The lies that same sex marriage will lead to pedophilia and bestiality is something I'd only expect from a bible hugging homophobe, certainly bible hugging isn't a bad thing on its own, but being a homophobe is. Pedophilia is illegal for many reasons, one main reason is... because the child has not developed long enough to give a full consenting decision to engage in sexual or marital activity. The same would apply to any animal, you cannot marry an animal because they cannot consent.

So as you can see, her argument not only is invalid but she is also the victim of the disease that has spread like a plague amongst the religious community, in order to insight fear and control populous into a belief system of lies. This is why religion is such a dangerous thing, as it causes discrimination, prevents the advancement of the human race and even results in the death of innocent people. All for the sake of unproven beliefs.

On another side note fool4alifetime has made a pretty fruity ( excuse the pun ) comment to this person's video "apples are apples!!! yay!!!!" Which really does bring up the question, is he really a closet homosexual? I'll be sure to cover him next week I know many people are reading my blogs *cough*.

So after all these amusing videos, "documentaries," boycotts, from the American "Family" Association, Focus on the "Family", NARTH... "Take Back Vermont", National Organization For "Marriage", etc... And all I can say to people who oppose same sex marriage and other LGBT rights,

Don't look at me, I have the answers you seek, but why listen to truth when you can just yell out that good old intolerance that I am just the sister loving, dog marrying, government infiltrator trying to convert your children to lesbianism and I apparently worship the Devil. I mean WHY NOT, you can say anything you like right?

I wish I could follow up on every single lie spread by the Right Wing Extremists, but it is difficult due to the fact that there is such an overwhelming amount of lies. I will someday have to write a book on every single piece of distorted data, every flat out lie and every hateful statement. But such a thing would take a lifetime to complete.

Vermont's Governor Douglas

I am to say the least, disappointed with what I heard on the news today that Governor Douglas will not support the same sex marriage bill "as it is not needed,"

"I think the current Civil Union law is sufficient it accords equality of rights to Vermonters in terms of their relationships and I think we should leave the law as it is my major concern and priority is the fiscal condition of our state government and the economic realities they we're confronting and I think it's important that we make those our top priorities...and not deal with issues that might divert our attention from that goal." ~Jim Douglas

Now, if his concern was the economy, wouldn't allowing same sex marriages be a positive influence on Vermont's economy? Yes of course it would be, allowing same sex marriage would mean people out of state will come to Vermont to get married and acquire a marriage license, not to mention if you include the relatives that will attend the marriages, the hotels, the stores and etc that they will visit while getting married in Vermont.

One thing I am concerned with is... Is our Governor against equal rights for Vermont's LGBT community? I don't understand... Why would not moving forward with Vermont's civil rights not be a priority of a Governor? Shouldn't a Governor take on many priorities? Sure the economy should be a major priority... But the rights of people who are being segregated should count too. Surely adding something to the bill to allow us rights... cannot be to much of a hassle.

After all, Connecticut allowed Same Sex Marriages despite the economic crisis and that was progress. Should we halt progress of laws just because money has become an issue? Should we treat people with less respect simply because the economy has gone bad? Should we sacrifice our ethics and moral standing for the sake of some green?

When West Boro Church Attacks

Well the other day I encountered a member spreading hate, saying that "Fags deserve the death penalty." Out of anger, I went to their page on youtube and commented "Go back to your cave Neanderthals." Not really one of my best moments, but I was so enraged I simply did not care.

After that comment, the owner of the youtube account "WestboroBaptsChurch" felt the need to spam his propaganda at my youtube channel. I have left the comments in my profile in hopes that my report will get this person's account banned. Feel free to check them out ( Click Here )

Apparently WBC does not care about rules and laws, on youtube alone this user spammed, harassed, hate speeched and used foul language... All against the rules of youtube.

Let me start by stating that, WBC ( West Boro Church ) has some of the most disgruntled, enraged, cave dwelling fools on this here planet. They thank their God for the Deaths of the Tsunami in 2004, they thank their God for dead soldiers. But not for taking them to heaven, but for taking them to hell! They have protested the funerals of dead soldiers, saying they'd burn in hell. But why? Because they "love" their America so much, they hate it.

They love their American so much, that they hate it BECAUSE America is... and I quote "Enabling Fags." I've seen their failed protests where they angered Americans so much that they were practically rioting against their group of bigotry. Even people who do not like homosexuals, hate WBC...

I feel sad for the Phelps family for being brainwashed and having their Nazi propaganda spread through a thin fading blood line. Their hate will ultimately be their demise. But they are a fine example of how dangerous Religion can be... Violence starts with words, and their words only invoke violence.

All I can say is, may the Universe in all things, enlighten these brainwashed bigots...

Nation Wide Protest a Success!

From what it appears the nation wide protest against Proposition 8, has been a complete success. On the site http://www.jointheimpact.com/ it estimated up to 1million people joining in the protest. I'm not sure how accurate this estimate was, however I do know 40,000 people showed up at City Hall in California and that tens of thousands more in city's nation wide.

Maybe it was the largest planned protest in the nation, maybe the world? I'm not sure what the worlds largest protest was. But this certainly must be notable in history.

In my state of Vermont, the vigil was quite nice, from what I was told. Even though it was raining, the LGBT community of Vermont and straight allies summed up to Over a hundred people at the City Hall. I'd like to thank Vermont Freedom To Marry and others for setting things up at City Hall in Burlington and also thank them for their continued hard work to ensure equality for Vermonters and the United States itself.

As I am told, protests will continue nation wide on the 10th of every month. I'm not sure what this will accomplish on such a large scale... I believe that the only way this issue can be solved is through the courts. Of course one nation wide protest was a good idea, but many? May be a bit to much. That's just my opinion, however a strong continuing protest can have a positive impact if it stays under control.

The Prop Yes Supporters may have won California but their win will be fleeting and they made us 50 times stronger than before. They probably just ensured that we get our rights faster then normal. So thanks Prop Yes Supporters you made us stronger, and we will fight the hate you helped to spread, and we will fight it with every fiber of our beings.

We have an endless power, the human will for equality.

The What If Factor against Rights

This is more of a rant. I am tired of the what if factor, every time I seem to find some random close minded individual to talk to regarding same sex marriage, I get the "What if" statements. If "What if" means truth, then "What is" must be a lie, right?

"what IF everyone suddenly became homosexual? The world's population would dwindle rapidly!"

Reply: and what if "suddenly" the sun exploded, demons crawled up from the cracks of the earth, we started sacrificing children to appease the Gods, whilst at the same time discovering Aliens on mars while on vacation in Florida and eating rocks!?

What if, "Suddenly," more like, make me a milkshake, sit down and shut up! I'm tired of the what if, rather than what was and what is. You'd rather take away my love then let me have the fundamental rights that I pay taxes for. You can judge me with your ( what I believe to be ) fiction, but don't dare shove your book in my face and tell me I am a sinner. How many times have you sinned? How many times have you followed ALL the beliefs of your "Holy" book? Do you even take the time to read it?

"God forgives all even me"

Did you know a woman should not wear male clothing, and vice versa? Yes that is right it says it in the Bible. Yet I promise you, 80% of those who were religious and are women and voted against us, are in fact drag kings in their own right. Also 50% or so of those men who voted against us are also dating drag kings. So many sinners, I suggest sin repentance! One should repent more before calling ones own lifestyle a sin!

That's right I said it, now stop pervading our lives.

Do as you preach and preach what you do, hypocrisy that's all it is and that is all it will ever be. Friendly advice, If you don't want to follow some of your beliefs while following others then I suggest you find a new belief system, or revise your current, like some churches have already done. While you are at it, I suggest you remove the heathenry from your book of "love."

Ending, Let's think realistically "What If" statements, in general, are based on no plausible evidence, they are generally just mindless theories meant to persuade people into a false belief system. Certainly "what if" statements can be used effectively in scientific theory, but outside of science... I cannot really see it working out to well. So, when you see these "What If" statements be sure to tell that person to be more careful with how they use them.

Today I have been successful in convincing my Boss to remove RockStar Energy Drink from the shelves. Some may wonder why I'd want to do this. Well here is why!

Michael Savage's ( Michael Weiner ) disgruntled hate mongering will lead to the imminent destruction of an entire company. One might wonder, is boycotting a company that a good idea in a world economic crisis? Well I answer you this with a question, is it good to sacrifice our morals and righteousness for the sake of money? I'd have to say no...

So moving on, Michael Savage is a well known bigot throughout the media, his son Russell Weiner ( CEO of RockStar Energy Drink ) is well known for promoting his father's bigoted ideas, in many cases using his own company RockStar to promote them with quite a great deal of enthusiasm. RockStar is a family business, not a family I'd want to be with that's for sure.

What has Michael Savage said that is so bad? First he bashed a gay caller on MSNBC with these words, "Get AIDS and die". He is anti-immigrant, he believes immigrants will contaminate the righteousness of the United States. He was opposed the US' decision to lend aid in 2004's Tsunami which took the lives of over 200,000 Indonesians, tourists, and children.

He is also the leader of "Paul Revere Society" which among many things, requests that all anti-war activists be placed in prison for rebelling against the country's decisions. He has also encouraged the use of nuclear weapons on just about any country that would oppose the US. Mainly Arab Countries.

Michael Weiner aka Michael Savage is on all accounts evil itself, and he should probably be institutionalized for his clear mental disorders, and his whole family be placed under psychological evaluation, anyone who hates that much has got to have some kind of mental disorder.

Please help us fight this evil based company, don't purchase their products, and if you see them on the shelves of the store you are in, please speak with the manager/owner and tell them the history of the hate-filled owners of this "Energy Drink".

My only regret is the jobs that may be lost due to this, so I personally apologize for all those who got in the cross fire. I hope you can understand our position on this subject, be well and take care.

What Christian Youth are being Taught

So, today I was looking back on my life as a member of the Catholic/Christian churches... When I was wondering HEY, what was I being taught back then? So now that I look back to it... here is what I remember.

I remember being taught that homosexuality is wrong, and since I was only in Catholic Sunday school for the earlier years of my life, this would have to mean that the Catholic church was teaching me about homosexuality!!! How hypocritical for them to demonize us for having the remote possibility of the existence of homosexuality taught in schools. Yet there they are, teaching it to their young followers!? What do you think about this extreme irony...

I remember being taught how wrong it was... So is it right to teach that it is wrong. But it's not right to teach that it is right? These Right Wing Extremists quite possibly astound me in how hypocritical they are and how they think they are always right, even when the proof is right in front of their noses!

No On Prop 8 Protests Continue! YES WE CAN!

The past few days Prop 8 No supporters took to the streets in protest against the ban on same sex marriage. Many say, "This is a violation of our rights as Human beings." Throughout many major city's of California you could hear the echoes of the protest. They screamed from their hearts to be heard by all, that we weren't going down without a fight. That we weren't going to let this injustice continue!

Throughout the streets of Los Angelus, San Fransisco, and other city's we can hear the voices of our friends, daughters, children, parents, family screaming. "WHAT DO WE WANT? EQUALITY!!! WHEN DO WE WANT IT? NOW!!!" Truly this is proof of the injustice done upon these people. I will hope that we all get this victory over the Proposition 8, over the hate and lies, extortion and child exploitation, spread by various Yes on Prop 8 Campaigners.
- An estimate of nearly 7000+ people have been protesting each day! Several news station claimed the numbers were as high as 25,000. Surely this speaks volumes!
If you see one of these protests and believe in it, join it! March with us for the cause of our lives, I am far away but no matter what my heart is marching with them, and I am posting here and there to fight this great injustice! Just remember if you protest, stay peaceful, stay respectful, ( yes even to the Mormons ) don't make the Police do something they or you'd regret.

Same Sex Marriage Bans

Proposition Hate as we know it, Well I have held this post back for a couple of days in hope that perhaps the numbers would change. But now that reality has clearly passed. I spent a great deal of my time trying to reach as many people as I could. While my time spent was no where near in comparison to others such as those of NCLR...

I feel that our loss can also be a victory, around the year 2000 in California there was Proposition 22 which was the same sex marriage ban of it's time... During that time we were almost 23% behind in polls. This year, we have accomplished something never done before, we have gained on the opposition by at least 18%. We were only 4% behind in the polls.
This gain is not without great suffering, of course... The fact is that the same religious groups who lied, cheated, extorted and exploited children are now most likely going to target the currently married lesbian and gay marriages. They will not be happy until everyone of us is a second class citizen. Damaging to over 18,000 currently married couples and over 52,000 children who's parents are lesbian/gay in California... Surely they are the epitome of evil.
So we must not give up! Our fight is far from over, they shall ultimately lose this battle. They lost their battle against interracial couples. Their beliefs are a dying breed and our rights are far from a weak cause, stronger than their faith, then their hatred. WE WILL PREVAIL.

The good shall always Triumph over the filth of Evil. We just need to fight a bit longer, maybe 10-20 years longer... But our victory will be our gift to our children, our family's children, and their children. We aren't just fighting for our rights, but everyones right.

California: Prop 8 The Conspiracy

Whether you want to believe it or not, there has been a numerous amount of Prop 8 Supporters who have gone out of there way to block various No on Prop 8 supporters on youtube and other websites. Why would they do this you may wonder? Well here are the reasons! In my commonly used reasons listings!

Reason 1: Imitation

To pretend to make No On Prop 8 Supporters look fewer than many, they are giving the impression that their cause is more just and right than the opposing party thus giving them more support. To do this, they block any and all opposition from being able to comment to their disturbing videos and/or false information.

Reason 2: Freedom of Speech

To eliminate freedom of speech, something that is commonly seen when it comes to religious factions... They will do this even if the opposing party is not offensive in their words. I can't even begin to describe how many youtube prop 8 supporters have blocked me on my first comment just after they requested me to prove my comments.

Now how can I respond to their request for evidence when they blocked me from messaging them/commenting to their comments? That is right, I cannot. Why do they do this? So it makes it appear that I am surrendering my position in the argument. Starting to see the conspiracy?

I will also note that I have been preemptively blocked by other Yes On Prop 8 Supporters where I had not even once posted to their videos or comments but find myself blocked nevertheless... Which means they read my comments to other videos and blocked me to prevent me from writing comments to their disgruntled videos~

Reason 3: Lies and Propaganda

They use various words such as "Tradition" and "Children" to lure unsuspecting prey into their black hole of false propaganda/advertising and other various shady activities. Do not believe in these facts they give, do some research and find out that most 99% of what they say is not based on any solid evidence what so ever.

Reason 4: Using Political Figures

They have and are still trying to force Political Figures into their campaign. A recent event states that Obama was in support for their cause, when INFACT he was not. They use people who otherwise want nothing to do with their cause and make it seem like they are for their cause.

You'd have to say that the Yes on Prop 8 ads have exceeded that of logical conclusions. Well a few days ago I learned that the Proposition 8 Campaign was attempting to extort money from a company known as Abbot & Associates who donated $10,000 to the California Equality campaign. This is the letter that this company received from ProtectMarriage.com campaigners.

Notice the two larger paragraphs, it looks like a certain campaign organization is trying to extort donations from a company by possibly slandering their companies reputation now doesn't it? California: Prop 8 Sex Crimes

Many other statements are regarding the comparison of sexual relations between one or many consenting adults in various situations with non consenting adults. In this case Lesbian and Gay Marriage comparisons. I will eliminate every single of these malicious comparisons one at a time. Some of these disturbing comparisons are as follow~

Reason 1: Pedophilia

"Allowing same sex marriages will mean that adults can have sexual relations or even marry children."

This was a very disgusting statement that I have heard many say. First off the law is not being re-written to allow underdeveloped children to engage in sexual activities or get married with adults. This comparison is complete and utter non-sense as below would also have. Pedophilia is illegal because the child has not developed mentally long enough to make a reasonable consenting decision. Now two consenting adults have this ability!

Reason 2: Bestiality

"Allowing same sex marriages, what is next? marrying dogs?"

Any attempt to marry something that is not mentally aware would be illegal. Because they do not hold the mental capacity to consent or be aware of what is going on. As you can probably guess, two people of the same gender who are adults, have the full capacity to consent!

Reason 3: Polygamy

"Allowing same sex marriage will mean soon you can have multiple wives or husbands."

While this may not be TO far from the truth, the reason why I believe it is illegal is because of the possible legal complications of divorce. There may also be religious factors that play a role but for now I have no disagreement with it, it is their choice. But I can see many problems with it.

Reason 4: Incest

"Allowing same sex marriages will mean you can marry your relatives."

First off, it is illegal not because they are your relatives, but because them being your relatives causes genetic birth defects in your children. That is the only reason I can think of. Think of the many upon many of people in history who married their cousin/sister/brother. While I feel it's a bit odd to marry your cousin, I see nothing wrong with it as long as they have no children.

In ending when you see these comments of comparison, there is so much evidence to negate them from fact. Do not believe in these things it is another part of the propaganda the anti gay movement is trying to force you to believe. They force us to not marry, they force you to believe their cause. Concentrate on your own beliefs and use provable facts as your power and you shall not falter.

California: Prop 8 Marriage Validity

Another incorrect and misleading statement meant to persuade the masses. Is regarding marriage and how straight coupled marriages will be effected, You should not believe it because it is infact 100% false and only invokes fear on heterosexual couples. There reasons prop 8 supporters give are as follow~

Reason 1: Straight Marriage Validity

"Allowing same sex marriages will mean that Straight couple's marriages will be less valid."

This couldn't be any more far from the truth. So if you meet a lesbian married couple and you are straight, you feel that your marriage is less valid? do you love your spouse any less? If so, then I'm afraid that is not an issue of same sex marriage.

Reason 2: Less Marriage Rights

"Allowing same sex marriages will mean that they will have more rights than straight married couples."

This is 100% false, LGBT people only look for equality not "separate but equal" stances that conservatives have been forcing upon us for ages. To date there is no lesbian or gay couple with more rights than any straight couple.

Reason 3: Adoption

"Allowing same sex marriages will mean the line for adoption will be longer and they will be accepted before us."

This is another completely false statement. While there is in fact a line for adoption, there is no reason to believe a Lesbian or Gay couple will receive a child any faster than a Straight couple. In fact a Lesbian or Gay couple would probably have a more difficult time.

In ending you can't really believe these stories because they have no real basis in reality. They may have stories of such events occurring. But they are generally manipulated to support their cause, when in fact a case had nothing to do with what they were claiming it had to do with.

A recent attack made against homosexuals by prop 8 supporters has left me far from happy. This attack seems to exceed all other attacks. Not only does it compare myself to a Nazi, but it compares every other homosexual/bisexual person to a Nazi as well.

Now I am not in any way a Nazi, I support the right to practice ones own religion ONLY if it doesn't effect people who want nothing to do with it. Lesbian/Gay marriage only effects those who are involved... These people tend to make other people's business their own... which leads me to this ridiculous video ;\

In my opinion the person claiming us lesbians ( and gays ) to be Nazi's are the same people that are most likely either closeted gay or even closeted Nazi... But where do we draw the line? How far is the government going to allow them to control our lives? Anyone with even a remote amount of knowledge of World War 2 would of known that Lesbians and Gays were sent to camps along side the Jews... infact if my memory serves right... Homosexual bodies were used as kindling to start fires to burn the other Minority's bodies...

Lesbians = Black Upside Down Triangle
Gays = Pink Upside Down Triangle
Gay Jews = Star of David with Pink Points ( two triangles overlapping each other )

Their archaic form of government control has sickened me for years, how they prevent me from marrying the one I love and now they have the nerve to compare me to a Nazi!? THE NERVE, THE AUDACITY, THE UTTER DISREGARD FOR HUMAN LIFE. Some Christians wonder why a lot of people say awful things about them... It is because of these disgusting self serving conservatives!

Now I realize I do not live in California... But all states are relevant when it comes to our freedoms, if California is liberated from the conservatives self serving ways... it would be a HUGE step towards liberation for the entire country.

So somewhere in this man's mind ( this ludicrous preacher ) Lesbian and Gay marriage would mean the first step toward Ethnic Cleansing. If it was up to this Neanderthal, all homosexuals would be cleansed or "straightened up"... Who is the true Nazi here? The person trying to prevent Equal Rights and forcing his beliefs on others or the people trying to marry the ones they love?
